Congratulations! You have passed the first-stage document review for the Master’s Program admission by recommendation and screening and have advanced to the second-stage interview.

Please refer to the attachment for the list of interviewees and the interview schedule. Please read the following interview instructions carefully.

Interview Instructions

1. Interview Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025

2. Please arrive before the “Latest Check-in Time” listed in the attachment and bring your identification document and admission ticket to complete check-in at the News Center in the first-floor atrium of Yun-Ping Building, National Cheng Kung University.

   Late arrival will be regarded as forfeiting the interview. Applicants who arrive late may not request an extension of interview time or a replacement interview slot.

3. The interview consists of two stages:

   • Panel A interview: 10 minutes

   • Panel B interview: 10 minutes

   After check-in, staff members will guide applicants to the interview rooms.

Other Important Notes

1. If your interview time conflicts with an interview for another department or program, the interview session cannot be adjusted or changed.

2. Please complete the Interview Attendance Survey Form by 12:00 noon on Friday, October 31, 2025, so that the program can confirm the number of interviewees.

3. Accompanying persons are not permitted to enter the interview venue. Applicants who bring mobile phones into the venue must turn them off or switch them to silent mode.

4. This program is conducted entirely in English. Depending on the interview committee’s instructions on the day, the interview may be conducted fully in English.

   Applicants are therefore advised to prepare in advance for an English-speaking interview.

5. Applicants must prepare and print 5 hard copies of a concise interview portfolio/document, which may include:

   • Self-introduction

   • Proposed research direction

   • Portfolio

   • Other relevant materials

   Presentation/projector equipment will not be provided at the interview venue.
