Congratulations! You have passed the first-stage document review for the Master’s Program admission examination and have advanced to the second-stage interview.

Please refer to the attachment for the interview list and schedule. Please read the following interview instructions carefully.

Interview Instructions

1. Interview Date: Saturday, January 17, 2026

2. Please arrive before the “Latest Check-in Time” listed in the attachment and bring your identification document and admission ticket to complete check-in at the News Center in the first-floor atrium of Yun-Ping Building, National Cheng Kung University.

   Late arrival will be regarded as forfeiting the interview. No extension of interview time or rescheduling/replacement interview will be permitted.

3. The interview consists of two stages:

   • Interview with Panel A: 10 minutes

   • Interview with Panel B: 10 minutes

   After check-in, staff members will guide applicants to the interview rooms.

Other Important Notes

1. If your interview time conflicts with an interview for another department or program, the interview time slot cannot be adjusted or changed.

2. Please complete the Interview Attendance Survey Form by 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, so that the program can confirm the number of interviewees.

3. Accompanying persons are not permitted to enter the examination/interview area. If you bring a mobile phone into the venue, please turn it off or switch it to silent mode.

4. This is a fully English-taught program. Depending on the interview committee’s instructions on the day, the interview may be conducted entirely in English.

   Applicants are therefore advised to prepare in advance for an English-speaking interview.

5. Applicants must prepare and print 5 hard copies of a concise interview portfolio/document, which may include:

   • Self-introduction

   • Proposed research direction

   • Portfolio

   • Other relevant materials

   Presentation/projector equipment will not be provided at the interview venue.
