【Event Description】

1. The 14^th TBSA National College Innovation Business Proposal Competition, organized by the Taiwan Business Strategy Association (TBSA), aims to enhance university students’ proposal development skills and innovative thinking. Through a combination of hands-on competition and professional coursework, the program helps students transform creative ideas into feasible business solutions while strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration and workplace readiness.

2. Competition Theme:
   Assuming each participating team has NT$2 million in startup capital, teams are required to develop a proposal for new business innovation or new product development under one of the following three thematic directions:

   • Innovative Service Startup Proposal

   • Creative Brand Marketing Strategy

   • Local Culture and Cultural & Creative Marketing Proposal

   Proposals must follow the format of the “TBSA Advanced Certification in Business Planning – Proposal Report” and include a feasible entrepreneurial concept and business model.

3. This year’s competition adopts a dual-track format of “Competition + Online Courses.”
   In addition to competing in a nationwide proposal competition, participating teams may attend free online courses taught by professional instructors (including intensive training on proposal writing and presentation skills). Participants will also enjoy discounted eligibility for the TBSA Advanced Certification in Business Planning.

4. Competition Information:

   (1) Registration Period: August 15, 2025 – October 20, 2025
   (2) Eligibility: Currently enrolled students (including graduate students) at public or private colleges and universities nationwide. Each team must consist of 3 to 6 members. Cross-departmental, cross-year, and cross-university teams are permitted.
   (3) Competition Process: Preliminary Round → Semi-Final → National Final Round.
   Winning teams will receive certificates, prize money, and eligibility for certification discounts.
