Kindly ensure that you complete the "Advisor Application and Consent Form" by October 31, 2023 (Tue.).

After filling out the form, please obtain your chosen advisor's signature and submit it to the Center of Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) on the 3rd floor of the East Wing of Yunping Building.
