如預計於本學期(113-2學期)畢業之同學，請詳閱以下說明，並於時間內繳交相關資料：

1. 請於2025.4.15(二)前提交以下2項資料至學程辦公室(請以紙本繳交)：

資料1-歷年成績單：請至學程辦公室領取歷年成績單，並確認成績無誤後，於「學生簽名」處簽名，以示確認所修學分無誤。

資料2-學分檢核表：請至本學程網站之 ”表單下載” 處下載-「畢業學分檢核表_113學年度畢業適用」。(連結：https://reurl.cc/04OZbo)

2. 2025.4.25(五)前由辦公室通知申請者是否符合畢業資格

3. 畢業初審通過後，最晚請於114.6.30(一)前提出學位考試申請-需檢附「學位考試申請書」、「論文比對原創性報告(Turnitin)」及「學術倫理修課6小時以上證明」至學程辦公室。(如口試日期早於6/30，最晚請於口試前2週提出申請)

For students planning to graduate in 2025 spring semester (113-2),
please carefully read the following instructions and submit the required documents within the specified time:

1. Please submit the following two documents in hard copy to the program office by Tue., April 15, 2025:
   • Document 1: Transcript of Records
     Please collect your complete transcript from the program office. After confirming the accuracy of your grades, sign in the “Student Signature” section to verify your total earned credits.
   • Document 2: Credit Checklist
     Download the "Graduation Credit Checklist (Applicable to 113 academic year graduates)" from the "Forms Download" section of the program’s website.

2. Graduation eligibility results will be announced by the program office by Friday, April 25, 2025.
3. After passing the graduation qualification pre-check, please apply for the degree examination no later than Mon., June 30, 2025.
   If your oral defense is scheduled before June 30, please submit the application at least two weeks before the defense date. The following documents are required:
   • “Master Defense Application Form”
   • “Thesis Originality Report (Turnitin)”
   • “Certificate of Completion for at least 6 hours of Academic Research Ethics Course”
