課程及修業規範

修課規定

一、畢業學分規定 24 學分,包括:

    1. 專業選修課程至少 24 學分()以上。
    1. 專題討論()~()為在學每學期必修科目,皆為0學分共4門。
    1. 畢業學分中需至少12學分為全英語授課或EMI課程。
    1. 需至少修畢2門專題討論,方可提出碩士學位考試申請。

二、碩士班研究生修業期限以一至四年為限,在此規定年限內,未修足應修科目與學分,或未通過學位考試者,應令退學。

三、碩士班學生修習之課程,需經指導教授核可,方能認定為畢業學分。碩士班學生每學期選課後,應填寫「全校永續跨域國際碩士學位學程課程選修表」,經指導教授同意簽名後,送交學程辦公室存檔。

四、研究生選修大學部課程,將列印於研究所成績單上,但不列入畢業學分及學年平均成績計算。

五、碩士班新生辦理大學時所修之研究所課程,抵修碩士班修讀學分規定:

  1. 學期成績 70 ()以上之課程,始得抵免。
  2. 課程修習之時間超過 15 年者,不得申請抵免學分。
  3. 抵免學分總數不得超過碩士班規定之專業選修課程學分數之四分之三。
  4. 於修讀碩士期間不可重複修讀學士期間已修過之研究所課程。
  5. 抵修碩士班修讀學分,於開學後 4 週內於本校學分抵免系統或紙本填寫學分承認表辦理申請手續,逾期視同放棄。所承認之課程,僅列入碩士班修課學分,不列計於畢業總平均分數。

 

I. The graduation credit requirement is 24 credits, including:

  1. A minimum of 24 credits is required for professional elective courses.

  2. Seminar (I) ~ (IV) are required for every semester with zero credit for a total of 4 courses.

  3. Among the graduation credits, a minimum of 12 credits must be from courses taught in English or EMI courses.

  4. At least 2 Seminars must be completed before applying for the master's degree examination.

II. The study duration for the master’s program is limited from one to four years. Within this period of time, students who have not completed the required credits, or passed the degree examination, shall be subject to academic dismissal.

III. Courses taken by master’s students must be approved by their advisors to be counted as graduation credits. After enrolling in courses each semester, master’s students should complete the “International Interdisciplinary Sustainability Studies Master's Degree Program Course Enrollment Worksheet”, which needs to be signed by their advisors, and submitted to the program office for record-keeping.

IV. Courses taken by graduate students from the undergraduate program will be printed on the graduate transcript, but they will not be included in the graduation credits or the calculation of the annual average grade.

V. Regulations for applying transferred or waived credits for first-year master’s students who have taken master’s courses during their undergraduate study period are as follows:

  1. Courses with a score of 70 (or above) shall be waived.

  2. Courses that have been taken for more than 15 years ago shall not be waived.

  3. The total waived credits shall not exceed three-quarters of the total credits of professional elective courses required by the master's program.

  4. During master’s study period, students shall not retake courses that have been taken during their undergraduate study period.

  5. To apply for credits to be transferred or waived for master’s program courses taken during their time as undergraduates, students should complete the application process through the university's credit transfer system or by filling out the credit recognition form within 4 weeks after the start of the semester. Late applications will not be accepted. Recognized courses will only be counted as master’s course credits and will not be included in the overall graduation average.
