For students planning to graduate in the Spring Semester 2026 (114-2) are requested to carefully read the following instructions and submit the required documents within the specified deadlines:

1. Please submit the following two documents in hard copy to the program office by Fri., May 15, 2026:
   • Document 1: Transcript of Records
     Please collect your complete transcript from the program office. After confirming the accuracy of your grades, sign in the “Student Signature” section to verify your total earned credits.
   • Document 2: Credit Checklist
     Please download the "Graduation Credit Checklist (Applicable to 114 academic year graduates)" from the "Forms Download" section of the program’s website.

2. Graduation eligibility results will be announced by the program office by Friday, May 22, 2026.
3. After passing the graduation qualification pre-check, please submit your application for the degree examination no later than Tue., June 30, 2026.
   (If your oral defense is scheduled before June 30, please submit the application at least two weeks before the defense date.)
   The following documents are required:
   • “Master’s Degree Examination Application Form
   • “Thesis Originality Report (Turnitin)
   • “Certificate of Completion for at least 6 hours of Academic Research Ethics Course
